Minutes of contract not received

I opened a black Friday Business account. I was promised initially 500 anytime minutes, 500 sms, 50 gb data and 1000 mtn minutes (all but the first I received) with the contract, then informed that it would be 300 minutes with the rest. I have received 50 minutes since I took the contract in November. I have raised the concern with the mtn branch- Joy- numerously. I was asked to email them wish we have done numerously without assistance.
