Minutes Disappeared

Good Day

I bought 120 MTN minutes on 2021-09-02, yesterday I received a sms stating I've already used 80% of bundle, I'm left with 15minutes, I checked all my calls I made from the 2nd till 2021-09-07, I only used 43minutes, I called MTN, the lady advised that I've been making calls, couldn't tell me more of which I'm not satisfied with the answer I was given.
