Mint fox phone's
I bought a Mint fox at Akkermans Pretoria North the phone worked fine for one week then started to reboot.I give it back to Akkermans so they took it to MTN waited 2weeks the phone crashed the same day took it back again waited another 2weeks.Got a new Mint fox,the phone overheads and restarts.What must I do?

Please take the device back to Ackerman’s this device need to be send back for re-assessment. If they picked up the device is faulty they can assist you with a another device with the same value or refund you after the assessment was done.
You may contact the repair centre as well for advice. The contact number is *** they will require the IMEI number or the Job card number for assistance.
