Mind-blowing Moments
<p>On Monday the 29th I called your call center to upgrade my phone. I was assisted by Nicolette Naidu and oh what amazing service I received from her. She was beyond excellent and helped me effectively and efficiently. She told me my phone would be delivered between 4 to 10 days. On Tuesday I got a call from RTT to arrange for delivery for Wednesday between 08:00 and 12:00. And indeed my phone was delivered today before 12:00. Thank you so much to Nicolette and the RTT team for such awesome services. Thank you MTN I was reminded why I am still with you guys. </p> <p>Big ups to Nicolette for excellent service. </p>
