Mike Ramaboka and Olga Ntsime - MTN LEGAL DEPT

I listed a complaint about MTN on 19 March 2018, and they responded on the same day with the following response - BUT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE!!!!!!!!

So, if my issue is not resolved by tomorrow 24 April 2018, I will make sure I post a Hello Peter complaint here, and every where else i can, EVERY DAY, until you can get someone at mtn to actually do the job they get paid to do.

Below is my previous complaint from 19 March 2018: I wish there was stars starting with a MINUS, because you do not even deserve the one star I was forced to give you in order to continue with this complaint.

On 5 March 2018, after trying for YEARS to take out another contract with MTN, we finally got an answer why the system will not allow me to continue. I got informed telephonically by Olga Ntsime that there was an amount outstanding according to MTN's systems, that I was not aware of.

Neither could Olga from MTN provide me with ANY PROOF that this was well the case, or that MTN has made any contact with me with regards to this. I would also like to put on record - AGAIN, that it has been going on for YEARS now, and that neither myself or any MTN branch I attended could find out what the alleged issue was.

None the less, I have made payment for the amount MTN claimed was outstanding, and sent proof of this to MTN, and the branch forwarded that to Olga. Yet, nothing has been sorted out up to date, and I am still unable to apply for another contract at MTN.

Kindly advise if this is going to be sorted out anytime soon?
