Migration To PrePaid *** and ***

have been a customer of MTN since the introduction of Cell Phones. My Contract for the above 2 accounts was due to expire on the 10th December 2015. On the 10th November 2015 I visited the Branch at 3 Simmonds Street, Johannesburg to submit the required 30 days notice for the cancellation of the 2 contracts. I was informed that notice was not required and that I should return on the 11th December 2015 and convert the account to Prepaid. I returned on the 11th December 2015 to have this done, and was informed that Mtn had changed their policy and 30 days notice was now required. I was not happy about this and spoke to the Manager who advised me to contact Retentions which I subsequently did and spoke to Ntombikhona Mgwabi, Reference Number: ***3. She said that the conversion to Prepaid will be done, for which I received an e-mail confirming the request to convert to Prepaid. It is now the 27th January 2016 and my Account is still Contract for which I am still paying . I submitted the same complaint a week ago with no call back
