10 May 2026, 11:52I have been going back and forth with MTN South Africa due to a plan I was migrated to when I explicitly said I won’t be taking the plan if it meant an increment on my premium. The agent reassured me that they will not increase my premium. Next month I was charged a pro rata on something that I didn’t consent to. Since then my premium has increased. I have been fighting this battle for months now. MTN is the pits.
