Migration takes forever

I have called MTN head office 3 times requesting a package migration to Sky.<br> I have been told tat the migration will take 24 hours...and was quoted approx R 1550, and I have agreed to the migration.<br> <br> This was 3 days ago.<br> <br> To date - the migration has not been done, and I am getting frustrated that the only way that I can get things done is via Hellopeter..<br> <br> Guys, what is going on ??? Your service has deteriorated..<br> <br> PLEASE HELP !!!!!
