MIGRATION OF INCORRECT PACKAGE CHOSEN BY AGENT

My mother took 2 top-up contracts on the 16th May 2016 with the above-mentioned service provider at Alberton City. The application was successful and upon collection, the lady who assisted us informed my mother and I that one of the number, the 078 was on an open contract. Immediately I informed her that both applications were for top-up contracts, we then picked up the fact that an incorrect package was chosen. The lady who helped with the application who's name is Lindiwe Moleleki was not there when we collected the phones and we were advised to be careful with the usage of the phone on the open contract and we were asked to come in the following day to fix with Lindiwe who was off that particular day. As instructed we went back with mom to fix the problem, Lindiwe informed us she has filled in a migration form and the issue would be sorted out withi 7days, fair enough.. I am FUMING that to date nothing has been done, we went back to Alberton City on the 16th November 2016 after mom was debited R1000+ of which her initial debit amount when she signed the contract was for: R400- and Lebogang Manamela informed us that Lindiwe has moved to The Glen Shopping Mall. Lindiwe was phoned and she said she was off, however, Lebogang took out the initiative and sent an email to her, she cc'd me too on the email, believe it or not, to date Lindiwe hasn't responded to the emails nor tried to make contact with me or my mother. Today, 12th December 2016 I called a lady Thembekile Shongwe who was so kind enough to inform me mom would be debited R2400 this month and she's liasing with my mom to help in trying to resove this matter at hand, this is too much for my mom, she didn't sign up for this when she took out the contract, Lindiwe's carelesness and negligence is drastically costing my mother's pocket. Throuught this struggle, she has shown that she doesn't care at all.

Below are the emails which you clearly show the lack of interest Lindiwe has in this matter; no single acknowledgement and no follow-ups with us either. My only hope lies with Thembekile and hellopeter now!!!

Good Day,

May you kindly just advise the below migration the response you received from DIC.

********** 348

Kind Regards,

Lebogang Manamela

Customer Service Representative

**********

"This email is confidential.
