Migration of data contract

On the 19th October2015 I went to the MTN Call Centre in Fairland to migrate from my exspired date contract to prepaid and was assisted by Mr Thandeka Ref# ********** 40. He assured me that the contract had changed to prepaid. In September 2016 I realized that I was still paying R149 per month but had not used any of the data as I was not aware that I was being charged for it. I called 808 to request a refund but was treated with contempt. I then went to MTN in Northgate. The gentleman there cancelled the contract but could not help me with a refund of R1639.00. Another issue I have with MTN is that the data and airtime on my cellphone contract expires on the last day of the month but the new bundle is only loaded two days later so that I am forced to buy data and airtime inbetween. No wonder the accountant at Fairland has been helping herself to funds if this is what is happening to other clients. I am in the process of looking at other service providers who can give me better and honest service. I will NEVER recommend MTN to ANYONE!!
