Migration from contract to prepaid (sent from pillar to post)

<p>Good day. My name is Victor Mashiane. My phone ********** 631. I called Mtn on 808 number on the 1st of December to cancel contract and migrate to prepaid. I was give this ref no: ********** 05 and promised it will be cancelled by Monday yesterday meaning is 24 working hours. On the 5th its yesterday. It wasn't done still and i called again and i was given this ref no: ********** 17 and promised it will be fine today. Today it is still not done and instead of being done I got another ref no: ********** 31 this time by the lady who is arrogant and she promised to send me the copy of the mail that she wrote to their retention department but she droped me before she send it and never send it. It is this kind of attitude that made me cancel contract with Mtn. They dont care about their customers and i made them aware of this but nothing is done still. I called again and got this ref no : ********** 94 and the person this time told me to call them after 8. My aim is not to call but to get this migration thing sorted so that i can use the phone. My phone is not working now because i cannot load airtime as I will forfeit it during migration period. I am basically sitting for four days without phone because of this. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me urgently.
