Migration from contract to prepaid
Hi, my contract expired on 9 October 2015. I called MTN on 8 October 2015 to ask for migration from contract to prepaid. The lady told me 48 hours. Yesterday I called again and the response was another 24 hours. How long does it take to migrate from contract to prepaid. PLEASE MTN answer me. Thanks

Kindly note that your number has been migrated to prepaid today. You will forfeit any remaining airtime, sms and data. Please note that there is an amount of R420.12 outstanding for the usage from the 14 September to the 08 October 2015.
