Migration

I received a call from MTN offering me 30g anytime data the lady by the name of Linda Ramsamy called on the 2nd Of February from MTN Mobile Plus, I asked her 3 times as to whether I would be charged extra for this, and she said no and said my premiums will remain the same, Today I logged into my MTN app and my bill went up, I tried calling to get this cancelled, no assistance at all, This is unacceptable from MTN.
