Migration contract not actioned
On 10 January 2015 I went to the MTN store in Rosebank Mall and informed them that I would like to change my cellphone contract from open line to top up. After checking the system, the store assistant informed me that I could migrate to a 'Top Up 350' package

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. It was not our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.
We have now migrated the number over to the MTN Anytime 350 Top Up package, with the same subscription fee and services loaded on the account. The subscription cannot be changed as you are still in contract.
The new package (MTN Anytime 350 Top Up) will come into effect on the next billing date which is the 20th of March 2015.
