Migration
I find MTN to be useless, it has been 3 months since I have app**** for a migration to a higher plan. I moved from Vodacom to MTN, biggest mistake of my life!!
Vodacom is the clear choice.

The migration forms was received, the request is sent to the correct department to assist with the migration as per the forms signed.

Although I was contacted by the mtn branch, more than two weeks has passed. Nothing has happened since then. Can mtn please take your phone and your contract and KEEP it, I do not want to have anything to do with MTN any more, just make my number pay as you go, then I can go to Vodacom for a real contract.
Useless to say the least.
