Migrating from contract to prepaid
Hello Peter

For the past 2weeks i have been trying to migrate my number from contract to pre-paid however im not winning instead i just get sent pillar to post or get false promises on when the migration will take place.
I called in today just to make a follow up because i received their month airtime, which simply means my number is still on contract but then the call center still cannot assist due to their system problems.May concern is that i followed there migration procedure as per their advice but still im not winning.
Please assist with this issue because i refuse to stay on contract and will not pay this months fee due to their failure to migrate my no.

The other problem i have is that i cannot port my number to a different service provider because my number must first be released from their contract list. This situation is such an inconvienence to me because i was told that i will forfeit the data/airtime i have once the migration takes place, instead of buying 1GB I now have to buy 20/100MB data almost everyday cos im not sure when the migration will take place.

Hope the above is in order and your assistance will be highly appreciated.
