Migrating from Contract to Pay-as-you-go conflicts and delays

I approaxched the MTN SP in Sasolburg (016- ********** ) on 3 Oct 2016, as per request by MTN (ref ********** 0) - must be done on date of contract expiry. I was informed that the process would take 5 - 7 working days, with sms's to my mobile as well, but none received (Tertius Koekemoer Sasolburg MTN). The migrate contract is also clear that it takes 7 days to activate (Par 4). My emails of last week to MTN SP just disappeared in a black hole, with no reply and MTN SP in Sasolburg (Christine) now telling me it will take 30days for migration (contrary to previous communication and contract).

The ref # for migration: ********** .

I am definitly considering, post-migration to do prepaid via another SP and not MTN!
