Migrate to prepaid

Can someone at MTN help me to migrate my to numbers to prepaid *** and ***. I have tried on so many occasion to call 808 and nothing is being done all IM told it will be done within 24 hours. My contracts expired two months ago and i dont owe any cent to mtn. Why is it so difficult to migrate me to prepaid yet when i moved from prepaid to contact it didn't took an hour to do the migration. Mtn stop robbing us by making us stuck with your contact.
