Migrate at your peril.
I recently had the misfortune of receiving a call from MTN advising that the package my one phone is on is no longer available and must be migrated, so we did this over the phone, when the migration was done I was informed that I would receive the complete details of the migration via email and that there was a cooling off period if once reviewing the migration I was not happy. To date I have not received the details of the migration and as such as far as I am concerned the cooling off period has not started. I have tried to get this emailed to me but no luck as the answer I get is "this package has not been upgraded". That is not what I am asking, in the interim on this new package I keep getting automatically subscribed to services I have no interest in and should I not unsubscribe myself I am charged in some cases over R3,00 per day. I think that once I have reviewed this migration and noted the amount of junk that comes with it I would be backing out as this was not advised during the verbal migration.
