midnight bundles
I have been buying budles to submitte my school work and I check daily if I still have them so that I can recharge all of a sudden when I want to use internet its saying I don't have bundle.I called the call centre to inquir about this and they told me its free midnight budles and can be used after 12.when I asked to cancel the promotion as I don't have time for it and now I can't see if I have budles or not they said I can not cancel it as there is no option for that.I think that is not fair to their customers at all because you don't have control of what's going on now with bundles that u buy etc and some of us sleep at night instead of using internet.badla imali yethu kabuhlungu with this stupid promotion.

Kindly note that the night express data is bonus/give back when a data bundle is purchased. It is not a promotion that one has opted into and therefore you cannot opt out. For you not to receive the night express data bundle you can purchase airtime and convert to a data bundle.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
