messing around with my money

Good day Team,<br> <br> <br> I've never received such a Pathetic disrespectful service.<br> <br> My query is in regards with below mentioned account.<br> <br> <br> I need to know whom who do I now need to pay my account with? I fail to understand how can MTN make such a big mistake and duplicate my account with two attorneys.<br> <br> My concern is that I have been making payments to mbd and to my surprise my account is closed with them!!! And I was not advised of this.<br> <br> At MBD I spoke to an agent that was not knowledgeable with processes their in-house in efficiencies and same with MTN.<br> <br> There nothing as irritating as having to deal with agents that are not knowledgeable.<br> <br> People take pride in your jobs.<br> <br> I was told that my account is passed over to an attorney whom none of you guys can disclose the name.<br> <br> <br> I'm tired of being send from pillar to post some take pride in your job and resolve this matter,<br> <br> <br> The payment I made in march I was told is not reflecting as per Bongani my balance payable to date is 3881.70<br> <br> @ BOTH MANAGERS I HAVE COPIED I SUGGEST YOU LISTEN TO THIS CALLS.<br> <br> <br> Kind Regards,<br> khotso sehume
