Messed up systems and service

Every month since i have open a business and personal account at MTN Somerset Mall my phones get suspended every month before due account payment. When i pay my account in advance it still gets suspended and i have to travel back and forth every month for the past 2 years to go open my paid account that their systems as they claim has shut down. Every time i go to MTN they say sorry this system its always the system and never them. Many times my details are incorrect on their system that causes my account to shut down in the middle of the month. Im so fed up and now that i have paid for 2months in advance in July my phones are suspended today again and August payment was made middle July.
