Messed around with new contract
On Saturday 07/03/2015 I went into MTN Morningside to open up a contract. The contract was your special running in your y'ello summer deals brochure: Iphone5s 16GB in black for R429 a month.

Sunday 08/03/2015 at 10h00, I then received a phone call saying I could come and fetch my phone. I was not able to go through.

Monday 09/03/2015 at 14h00 I went into Morningside only to be told they didn't have stock.
One of the reasons I have taken out a phone contract with MTN is to move away from Vodacom.
I have also emailed: [Email Removed]

Only to have a disgusting short response:

Good day

Please can i have the number that was ported to us from VC and your id number please.

Kind Regards.

There is no name of the person of who i am dealing with and after replying to the encrypted email was told they are dealing with it and will get back to me.

This is no way to treat customers! Advertising a special when you do not have stock, country wide by the sounds of things is not on!

This needs to be compensated quickly with a newer version of the phone at the same price of that special that was asked or sorted out immediately

I still have had no feedback from MTN!
