My friend and I took the Black Friday deal with MTN where we are supposed to receive 200GB for R299. We both took the deal but to our shock even now, we have never paid the R299 as advertised but x3 of that amount every month. Our bill ranges from R450 to R950 respectively every damn month. Went to the MTN store in Centurion Mall for assistance, the consultants just logs calls for us then within 2 days the calls are resolved without even communication to either one of us and this ridiculous charge is despite the consultant checking and seeing that we don't even us the entire 200GB every month, we always have data left from previous months yet the billing is too much. MTN kindly fix this or cancel this contracts. We will go to another network that will appreciate our business.
