MTN is a ****, my contracts have ended and I have cancelled them but I’m being charged monthly for this things I don’t know.

The only contract I’m on that I know off is the home router. Please how am I being charged 1.8, what is it for ?? They don’t even have an answer for the charge but the continue to bill me monthly. What’s the consumer act saying about this? It’s even risk on my credit because I’m not going to pay for something I don’t know honestly, i would rather be blacklisted and I’m ready to go to court for this because what the hell

I’m calling for the second time about this issue but it can’t be resolved, last month I was told it’s a cancellation fee for my contracts by one of your consultants, how can I be charged cancellation fee for the contracts which ended in time and how can the cancellation fee be charged every moth, for how long with this “cancellation fee” be charged?
