MTN has the most useless advisors with 0 customer service and unskilled. I purchased a router on the 27th of August 2024 which takes 1-3 business working days for delivery. They have charged me prorata payment for a service I have not received. I have spoken with 8 advisors and all of them are transferring me from one person to another.
