I paid for the home internet starter monthly package on the 02 of May 2026. Since payment was made the router has never arrived and the month is ending soon. Very Poor customer service as someone who works in customer service myself. No willingness to help at all. I've contacted mtn multiple times to find out when is delivery being done no one seems to know nothing. I don't know if they even have managers.
