I'm on the Sky Bronze package, and supposed to get 30GBs data, consultant sent me a screenshot of my usage which amounts to 14GB. I currently have 1GB left. How is that possible? I've also been data sharing with my wife for the last 5 years, and was now notified by the consultant that data sharing is now only allowed between contracted packages? I wasn't notified about this. The reason I took this package was to share data to my wife. I don't understand how a contract can be signed while MTN can just change the terms a few months into the contract according to how it suits them.
