They don't even deserve the star. I have been their customers for years and a good one at that. In December i was sold a contract under false information as an upgrade from the one i had. The device was delivered in January and had issues, only to discover it was an additional contract and not a top up. We have been back and forth with the cancelation that was done on time. the device was returned back to their store but they have not cancelled. Now i discover they have handed me over whilst they are the ones in the wrong
