****mers!!!!!

I loaded R60 airtime then it disappeared. I reached to Mtn to get this resolved. I was told that they can see the recharge but they cannot see what happened to the airtime thereafter. The team leader then told me I would be refunded and I should wait 5-10 minutes. I waited for hours and finally when I reached out to social media team, they told me that the refund was done at 13:35 but there was subscription that took R40. When I check messages I see I got a text from Mtn at 13:39 that my subscription has just been activated. So they refunded me R60 then took R40 back. The one thing that made me realise that this is a **** ran by Mtn is that when I recharged with that R60 last night I didn’t use it immediately but there was no subscription. Again, earlier this morning when I was still waiting for the refund, I recharged with R65 and there was still no subscription. It’s convenient that the subscription only came about 4 minutes after they refunded. Mtn are a bunch of ****MERS
