Merry Go Round

So ive decided to take it back, save a buck or two and use an old blackberry instead of a newer smart phone...

after loading bis with the mtn network my 59rand airtime was taken away with the promise of bis...

so i woke up to still no bis and started calling the call centre...the first few calls all trying to help, some giving me aother number( ********** ) which is the same as anot call centre...some were incapable of helping...then the last 3 calls is where the truth came out,mtn dont hve bis....the option should be cut off as ppl not willing to go through the hassle will end up losing money for nothing...ive been promised a refund so will have to wait and see...

but cant help but think this tactic is very ****gish and not much but a way to ***** from its clients

0
