I made an enquiry online regarding a sesh deal for 300gigs at 5g and 300gigs at 20mbps . The agent called and I told I wanted that deal and she said the value will drop if I take it on contract as that was a month to month. I said as long as it is the same deal. We finalised everything and to my surprise she gave a different deal that does not serve my needs. I am so frustrated as I have to be stuck with this deal which the data only lasts less than a week🙁. I made a escalation on this but was told that it the correct deal. Mtn gives customers what they are promoting at the time and not what they want. I hate this network and will block them from deducting my money.
