Meet the obligation of the contract or I cancel!
I'm on my MTN choice (effect. from May 15) where my phone should be loaded with 300MB, 200sms and 100 minutes on the 21st of every month. My first bill was R1,116. Unfortunately, I couldn't get through the call centre as they were on strike

On the 17/715 I queried my bill at MTN the Glen mall. Manthandi who assisted me confirmed that the 300MB data as well the 200 SMSes are not loaded on my phone and only 100minutes are loaded. As a result MTN charges me for my data usage and SMSes. She logged a request number: ***.

On the 20/7/15 I phoned the call centre and spoke to Ayanda. He assured me that both the data and SMSes will be loaded going forward. However, he said that he cannot help me i.t.o my account being credited. He logged a query with the 'wholesale team' to assist with this matter and promised me that they will contact me once my invoice has been sorted

Yesterday I spoke to Phindile from the call centre who said that my request has been closed. She then loaded another request number ***

MTN needs to credit my account accordingly and load the correct SMS,data and minutes otherwise I'm cancelling this contract cause they're not meeting their obligation
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. Please note that a credit will be passed on your MTN account for the June and July invoices.
Best regards
