Best regards,
I did another upgrade my MTN contract in December 2016 and MTN had a promotion that I will receive 30G of data. Now when I call to enquire about my data, I'm told to go back to the store where I did my upgrade. I went to the store 3 times and now I'm told to ask the store to give me an incident number. This is the second upgrade that I have to do MTN administration for me to get my data. In June 2016 I experienced the same problem and Hello Peter had to intervene. 6 months later I'm at it again.
