Biggest regret taking a wifi contract with MTN.....started regretting from the very first week. I received a call selling me the Wifi, i explained to the sales person that i travel a lot so i dont need a home router, it would make sense since we have fibre at home and he assured me i can move around with it. and i kept making sure throught the call if i can travel with the router. when i recived my product, it was a small router. which was not even connected for days after i recived it, even though i had confirmed receipt.i told myself i can make it work and will have to get a mobile router myself and it didnt work on the router. so i am basicly paying for something i hardly use. and to top it of there is no connectivity on the router at all. they dont even provide you with contact details on the pack, so i cant even report it. when you phone MTN there is no options for contracts.
