Very disappointed with the service here, took up a contract in May for a home router, delivery was scheduled with DSV and nothing came. I was told to pay in advance to confirm the sale. Till today there's nothing that came through, i've been calling and no-one is able to assist. I want my money back. The agents are very quick to call and make a sale but zero accountability.
