We have cellphone contracts for about 30 years now with MTN. Early this year we got a call from a call centre saying we are due for new phones. We are in our 70's. We went to the MTN shop in Robertson to fetch the phones which were given to us just to get a call later, we were not due for new phones and we were blocked by MTN. We are still blocked. We are very unhappy and as soon as the contract ecxpires we will move to another service provider ****med by your service provider....
