i purchased a cellphone online and upon arrival the phone was not working , decided to call Mtn and i was advised to take the cellphone to the nearest branch what a poor service from the online consultants and at the store they were also not much of help, well they ended up taking in the phone allegedly for repairs from the 20th of October until to-date nothing from Mtn but the nerve they have to bill me ,i regret making the purchase i should have went for a different network.
