In May 2024 I app**** for a home router from MTN, they charged me a pro rata and their courier company failed to deliver on time as they were scared to come to my area, I asked the call centre agent why I am charged she said to me the pro rata is for signing up not data loaded🤔 further more I received my very 1st statement they are saying I am owing like double , tommorow 04/07/2024 they will debit like R500 for a R269 fixed deal... Aybo MTN is a ****. I thought people were lying on social media,I have no choice but to cancel cause I am dealing with the heartless ****mers who doesn't even consider the current currency status emzansi❌ yoooh I've never seen such in my entire life MTN you have disappointed me shame... I won't even touch the experience I had with the call centre agent who said men my job is to escalate and Wena you must phone Friday to get the answer ........***
