****MED BY MTN cell phone network

I recieved a call from MTN offering me a cellphone contact for a Samsung A32, the lady who helped me said for the process to be quicker, I need to get an MTN SIM card even if it is a free SIM card so they can load it with free 2gig Data, because I am currently using Vodacom. So I got the SIM card, they loaded the SIM card, and they called me the next day to lead it with 2gig data. 3 months passed by , the Cell phone did not arrive. And the funny part is they are deducting the R200 , for the 2gig Data which they said was FREE, I disputed the amount, because it was not what we had agreed on. I do not even want the Cell phone anymore because it seems like they wanted to **** me. I do not want this to affect my credit score. I want this contract to be cancelled
