Terrible company, the extra cost and fees that come up every month is bad! First I have to pay almost R700 for "early upgrade fee" which I didn't do an early upgrade by the way. Then this month is R85 "pro rata fees" which I was never told about. I can prove it through the recorded calls. It's ridiculous now!.
