I called MTN Wednesday after a service champion told me that she has escalated my query after buying a data bundle on Mtn app and paid via Absa bank. People I bought the data bundle on monday 23 October 2023 even today I still don't have my money or data. On Wednesday the service champion told me to check with my bank then I informed her that my bank asked me whether the payment requested by mtn is ***** then I was given an option of accepting or rejection then I accepted the payment was cleared. Please be aware of mtn and how they operate as for call they assist when it suits them.
