I am MTN disappointed client, 30 September I took a month to month home router from mtn Carlton center. The router never worked and when I contacted mtn services they said no package was loaded, however i had paid all necessary fees they want before you take the router. Some they said the router will start working in November, therefore i decided to cancel coz it will take long. Now MTN is dragging with my full refund. I try contacting them every day i'm not winning. Surely big companies are ****ming individuals. Any advice where to report them its been three months now no feedback from them.
