On 3 December 2024 I was called by an agent from MTN selling a contract for home router, I took it as I needed it and it was delivered in few days. The router did not work they said there is no coverage in my area, so I decided to take it back. I was asked to take it to the nearest branch, so I took it to Mthatha Plaza branch, they refused to take it and asked me to take it to Pretoria, I sent it there to my daughter and they did not take it even. My daughter brought it back and I was told to take it to Mthatha mall branch where they finally took it on 18 July 2025. All these months they have been debiting R466 from my bank since December 2024 and the bank cannot reverse it. I never used the router. They are still debiting even though the router is with them, when I call they always promise to call back, but they do not.
