I had a contract with MTN and honored its terms until completion. However, when I requested confirmation of the closed account, I was passed around without resolution. Despite this, they continued to debit my account. I made several inquiries to address the issue, but to no avail. Eventually, I had no choice but to reverse the transactions. Now, MTN has handed me over for a matter I am not responsible for. Their actions have caused significant harm to both me and my family, as they resorted to bullying tactics. I am left wondering what more I can do, as MTN’s actions have inflicted substantial damage on my life. I feel that MTN’s behavior is ********* and has resulted in an unjust situation for me.
