****med and unfair treatment

MTN is such a ****. They called offering 80GB at R169. Next they started debiting R230. I called them 4 weeks back to correct this, they said they will investigate.

Today they are calling me saying that they are very sorry but there's nothing they can do to help me!!

If it was me at fault they would be throwing their lawyers at my face, this is so unfair and unprofessional!!!
