****MED AND DE*****ED BY MTN AND MTN INSURANCE

I received a replacement device from MTN last year around April, now I’ve lost the device and MTN just told me they can’t blacklist my device which I lost because 1) they can’t find the imei number I provided 2) I don’t have insurance with them. I requested proof of my payments they said they don’t provide that so I’ve been paying insurance to *****sters. Now I requested that they refund me my so called premiums which they can’t locate but they basically hung up my call, this was retentions department .furthermore I tried cancelling their insurance with immediate effect, I also cannot do that. I loathe MTN! Would never advise anyone to use their services.
