Meagan Williams ignoring all email and call communication to cancel contracts

I have been trying to cancel two MTN contracts for weeks on end, spoke to a Meagan Williams who has been blatantly ignoring my emails and calls.

WHY do you contact clients for renewals but ignore communication on cancellations when contracts are running out?
