Mbali she is hust a banch of useless Consultants

I called MTN 808 inquiring about the pending of cancelation of one of my contracts phone. Mbali told me that the account is handed to the Legal departments. I asked her why because I pay my accounts every month she dropped my call. I think this Mbali she just a useless person to work with people. She is rude, she don't listen to costumers and she doesn't know her Job. After Mbali dropped my call I phone again and find this sister of mine called Gaopalelwe Twala. She knows what she is doing at the call Centre.
