mbali maphumulo mtn disconnected my connection before moth end agreement

On the 8th April 2025 app**** for a month to month wifi contract of R399 from MTN in Musgrave Durban. The agreement was that I make a payment an immediate payment for two months and I Paid it. On the 19th of Mat 2025 I was disconnected and that very same day I went to MTN for assistance. The staff couldn't explain why my month to month contract was disconnected for the month I had paid for as part of the initial payment and mbali maphumulo even called me drunk. I then cancelled my contract. this woman's mouth is the reason I cancelled my contract and as far as I am concerned mtn still owes me for the remaining days of the month that I am not connected after I had paid up front.
